How To Lose Weight Fast – The Basics

In order to lose weight quickly, you must first understand some basic principles and take actions  based on them every day.  Below are three basic principles to help you speed up your TTWL (time to weight loss).

3 Principles To Accelerate Your Weight Loss

  • Change your diet! Your existing eating habits need to change – a few small changes to to your diet can mean many extra pounds of fat will melt away in just a few weeks!
  • Change your activity level! Burning a few hundred extra calories in a day will mean a few pounds lost in just a very short time.
  • Change your drinking habits! Add more water to your daily drinking routine and reduce your intake of “bad” beverages.
  • Bonus Tip: Add some nutritional supplements!  There are just a handful of supplements that really do help you to lose weight.  Take them routinely and you will notice a change in your body.  Take the wrong ones and you’re wasting your money and ruining your health.

8 Tips for Fast Weight Loss

  • Eat more meals each day – up to 6!  (only make the portions smaller)
  • Drink small sips of ice water between bites
  • Eat your meals more slowly
  • Avoid eating a big meal before bedtime
  • Increase your fruit and vegetable intake
  • Decrease the amount of soda you have each day
  • Stay away from products containing high-fructose corn syrup
  • Eat more (healthy) snacks – get rid of your “old” ones
  • BONUS TIP: Avoid the hunger/starvation response (by eating  6 times per day)
